re: your Forest School Practitioner OCN Level 3 portfolio. All your work has now been marked and has been marked as a PASS (subject to External Verification which is yet to be carried out). As soon as the EV has been carried out (at the end of this month) and supposing that all files sampled are satisfactory I will be able to apply ...........for certification.
woo hoo!
I have PASSED!
oh joy! I am in the throes of applying for various jobs/self employed opportunities....so being able to quote this is SO helpful!
note...there is no grading with OCN apparently..you either pass or fail....
Congratulations from us both. Well done you. Now you can go out and conquer the world - or at least your little patch of it. LOL

THANK YOU!
ReplyDeleteIt means I can get insurence to run my courses in my wood....and apply for work with confidence that I will be treated "seriously"
more than anything else, THAT is what I am so happy about!
Congratulations :)

Clearly congratulations are in order. That must be a relief. Well deserved I'm sure but if you are like me there is much self doubt.
ReplyDeleteBeing new to your blog - you mention courses in your wood. I was wondering what these are. My Broadband is being useless today and isn't fully loading so you may well say in a bit on the right hand side of the screen, but I can't see anything at the moment.
PS Good tips on the parsnip front. I'm growing them for the first time this year and feared I was a bit late sowing them. Maybe not. I'll give them a whirl anyway.
Well done, that is great news. Seeing as you've passed you will be qualified for me to ask this, what is a Forestry School Tutor? I'm keep hearing bits about it through work but I'm really not sure what it is.
ReplyDeleteWell done on the whatsit. Hints & tips are great. Thanks
ReplyDeleteHappy Happy chicken dance! This is such great news.

Hi! Congratulations! Well Done!!
ReplyDeleteI've just been browsing through your blog ... I love all the "growing" information. And ... I was so pleased to see you using paper rolls at "starters". I've just learned about doing that and will be trying it for the first time this year with all of my herbs. Your pictures helped a lot! I'll probably cut them down a bit.
I enjoyed my visit here! Thank you for sharing all your wonderful ideas.
